Allan Carmichael, MAI

Allan Carmichael is a Texas A&M graduate and entered the real estate business in 1980. From 1982 to 1996, Allan worked for American Bank, MBank and Banc One as the executive manager of the Central Texas and New Hampshire Environmental and Appraisal Divisions.

Allan Carmichael, MAI is a founding partner of National Valuation Group – NVG. National Valuation Group is a full service firm providing commercial real estate consulting, appraisals and appraisal review services. Assignments have included litigation support, eminent domain, residential subdivisions, special purpose properties, industrial buildings, hospitality, apartments, retail shopping centers, residential properties (duplexes, townhomes and condominiums), suburban and CBD office buildings, mixed-use developments and regional shopping malls. Valuations have been made of proposed, partially completed, renovated and existing structures. Allan Carmichael is qualified as an expert witness in condemnation matters in the State of Texas. Mr. Carmichael is a licensed Texas Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.

Randall Wright, MAI

Mr. Wright is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and has several decades experience in the financial industry. Randall Wright, MAI is a founding partner of National Valuation Group – NVG.

Mr. Wright has served as executive manager of several large regional consulting firms throughout the southern portion of the US and has focused his practice on both traditional lending/underwriting, as well as eminent domain proceedings. He specializes in complex commercial assignments, inclusive of large portfolios, specialized properties and litigation cases. Mr. Wright has considerable experience in the US bankruptcy process including distressed assets valuation, trading and recovery analysis. He remains active in the oil and gas sector, with considerable experience in the mid and down stream sectors of the business. Mr. Wright is qualified as an expert witness in condemnation matters in the State of Texas and has extensive experience in representing both private landowners and governmental entities. Mr. Wright serves on numerous corporate boards including the leading US software technology provider for the commercial real estate appraisal industry. Mr. Wright is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Texas, as well as being a licensed Texas Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.

Walter W. Jenkins

Mr. Jenkins is a University of Texas at Austin graduate and has been actively engaged in the valuation and consulting on commercial real properties in Texas since 1983, primarily in the Austin and San Antonio areas. Over that time, valuations have been completed on thousands of commercial assets including, but not limited to, vacant land for different uses, including residential/mixed use subdivisions and conservation easements, aviation and airport to include student and affordable housing and tax credits projects, low to high rise office buildings and the full gambit of residential condo projects. Also, Mr. Jenkins has extensive experience in retail, single and multi-tenanted industrial, places of worship, marinas, hotels, restaurants, residential and commercial subdivisions.

Clients served include lending institutions, pension funds, accountants, title companies, investment firms, law firms, private individuals and national, state, county and city government agencies. Valuations have been performed for financing, equity participation, ad valorem tax appeal, condemnation, estates and litigation and due diligence support. Valuations have included proposed, partially complete, renovated and existing structures.

Formerly the Managing Director for more than 10 years for the Austin office of a large national appraisal firm and the Vice President, department manager and senior review appraiser for a nationally chartered banking system with more than 30 U.S. branches. Mr. Jenkins has qualified as an expert witness before various judicial bodies, including federal, state, district and commissioners courts. Mr. Jenkins is licensed as Texas Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, as well as the currently serving Mayor Pro Tem for the city of Sunset Valley, Texas.
